A personalized four-week program that utilizes the whole person approach is offered through weekly private one-on-one Zoom coaching sessions that are tailored to the individual’s specific pain experience.
Participants will gain knowledge about the latest scientific research on pain management and learn pain reduction strategies based on these findings.
A customized self-care plan for pain reduction will include strategies for incorporating movement into daily life, managing stress, improving sleep, optimizing nutrition, and strengthening positive social connections.
There will be on-going support during the duration of the program to ensure the individual feels motivated during their journey to a more comfortable life.
We understand that chronic pain can be financially burdensome. To ensure accessibility for everyone, our fees for service are based on a sliding scale. This means that the cost of our services considers your financial situation. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality pain management support, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our sliding fee scale allows us to accommodate individuals with varying budgets and ensures that cost is not a barrier to receiving the help they need.
